The beginning of spring in Petersburg
March this year turned out to be gloomy and gray. Only at the very end of the month the sun seemed to wake up from hibernation and looked out at the city. Rivers covered with ice, snow on the lawns ... "Disorder!" - decided the sun - "it's time to fix it." And perfectly coped with the task.

The third and fourth photos: the bell tower of St. Nicholas Cathedral. On the bench resting tourist who did not have the strength to reach the hotel. A piece of yellow hotel building is visible in the depths of the frame.

I guess it's good to see the ice melting in this manner in the river.
I do not know for sure, but it seems to me that a small icebreaker passed along the river.
Then some planning to start the spring :-)
