Also I looked up that cicada piece again and it is made of Recycled glass and polymer resin , which makes me like it even more I love art made with recycling
Glass!!! I am sure it is the wings are made of glass!!! It must be great to see through the prism of the glass wings when the sun is out! Hahaha... yeah... I remember all your photos of garbage and trash before recycling... and they were AWESOME... it made me smile so much because of amazement... and I said to myself: "Goodness... this @tattoodjay sure knows how to see beauty and art in everything!!!"
Yeah when I was there the sun wasn't ideal, but catching the wings on a good day they would look amazing I think
