Would You Like To See What Become Of The Place That I Lived When I was a Baby?
On this #beautifulsunday we traveled to Grand Bend to check out where lived when was a baby.
About 38 years ago I lived with my Grandparents in a variety store slash gas station, well there was living quarters in the back, they eventually sold it and we moved.
Later on the store was changed in to a restaurant called The White House, which had a statue of Richard Nixon in the window, the famous US president that took the US off the gold standard.
Now the place has changed into a new restaurant called I'm Starvn
To the left is where the living quarters used to be, there was also cabins that my Grandparents rented out to people
They had christmas decorations out there.
They had a lovely car out side the restaurant door
Inside the restaurant looked neat.

Great post, must of brought back some memories. It’s good to see things move on and change though, thanks for sharing.
bet they didn't have black angus burger back then even on #beautifulsunday
I still have to try the black angus burger!
it's still waiting then.
How things change. It is cool to go back and see what has changed over the years. Sometimes you can't even recognise what it once was...
Sweet post shaunf ! Love the old car outside the restaurant. Full of great memories for you I bet :)
love it!
We (people who love wild animals) congrats you for your hard work and nice presentation..
It is very good platform to earn coins but it is also our duty to
know the importance of wild animals.
Poaching and hunting is accelerating there extinction...
It is our duty to conserve these beautiful animals.
