Happy fiesta Honouring our Patron Sr San Roque (#beautifulsunday)

We Filipinos we're rich in culture and festivities. Our way in celebrating life at its goodness and counting of blessings, celebrating unity, freedom and peace. Giving honour and glorifying God our creator and also giving respect and honours to our Heroes. Today we Soonganons (that's what we called people living in our Barrio called Soong) is celebrating our annual fiesta. To honour our Patron Sr San Roque. Honouring in different ways people here offer. Some prefer not to miss the nine night novena offering, attending processions and attending mass on the day of fiesta and of course having food preparation to be shared with family and friends (with visitors).

In honour also to our Patron. In spite the hardship or shortage of financial aspects most of the houses here in our places manage to cook food for the fiesta. halad for the Patron or an offering is the most reason why people try their very best in making handa. As a believer it is our way of thanking the Patron for the blessings it showers to us soonganons, the protection and guidance it sheds to us and also for the good health of the entire family and the unity and peace within the people living in soong

For my family we use to celebrate fiesta as a whole. Like we're putting what we've got to offer in one and to celebrate together inspite us having our own family and living separately we still manage to have time an celebrate in a way we're together and celebrating happily whether its a simple or big celebration. It is again our way of honouring and thanksgiving for being bless and all
