HI @beatenegg, there is a lot pictured here that I'm unfamiliar with; having grown up not far from the east coast of Ga USA, I had access to a lot of sea food, but just didn't grow to like much of it.
Y'all got a lotta stuff I've not seen. Never did get to like oysters, other than breaded and fried.

    Not a fan of oysters too. They feel slimy for me. But the folks I were with just love them. They would rather have had it raw than baked. If only we didn't have the kids with us, I would've heard them mouths slurping slimy oysters!
