We had a great time snorkeling in Cozumel Mexico. Although travel warnings alerting US citizens to not travel to this area of Mexico have been reported due to the fairy bombing, we went on a snorkel trip anyway and had an amazing time.

Starfish Sanctuary

The starfish sanctuary was nice because of the shallow water guests of all skill level could clearly see the starfish. Just remember to look but not touch because sea life in a Sanctuary are protected. Although some of the guest on our tour did not listen and picked up corals to touch which is a very bad thing to do because it can destroy the reef.

Reef Snorkeling

The reef was beautiful because it had a wide variety of colorful fish and corals

The water was very clear so you could see to the bottom without having to swim all the way down, that was nice because sometimes when I try to go down the pressure hurts my ears.

Even when I hold my nose and blow to depressurize I still get a strong pressure on my ears so it was nice to be able to float along the top and still see all the fish.
