LET'S GO BOATING...FAMILY-STYLE #BEAUTIFULSUNDAY #SUBLIMESUNDAY
Good day to all you beautiful people at #beautifulsunday with our friend@ace108. Happy #sublimesunday to all especially our buddy @cOff33a. What a day we are having on our #farm in Upstate NY. Sunny and warm @78 degrees with a light breeze.
The birds woke me up early today as is the usual, the sun was just rising. My hubby @thebigsweed had our coffee ready to go. But within an hour the rest of the crowd (sons, daughter-in-laws, grand-kids, Uncle John, and the dogs) all were up and ready to" Let the games begin" if ya know what I mean.
With a sky like this one...being outside is the only place to go with your coffee mug in hand.
It didn't take long for the coffee to kick in. It was time to do a little boating on the pond.
Next thing you know, the corn-hole challenge started and the usual boasting begin about yesterday's competition.
After killing the battery on our yacht, the worms went in the water for some bass fishing. This is a guaranteed to catch fish place. Stocked with bass and sunfish (sunnys are the bass fishfood), we always catch and release. But not until @farm-mom has a chance to do a few photos.
Now this is what you call a LARGE mouth bass!
With the day warming up nicely on our #homestead, it was time for a dip. The pond is always warm on top, but with the natural springs that feed from the bottom, a dive down can really refresh you with that cold, clean water. Lil kids and BIG kids alike just love floating.
My heart is filled with joy today and I am thankful for all the blessings I cherish and appreciate.

STOPEnjoyed this simple day with your family. The sun sparkles on the water was beautiful and the two picture one after the other of the open fish mouth and baby in the open (fish looking) floaty was funny.
So glad you saw my post. Today was such simple joy. No need to go anywhere else, kids today have to have technology, excitement to the max or it's BORING ! Not my kids, they see the fun in just being together in a carefree environment, swimming, fishing and eating good stuff. I LOVE THE SIMPLE LIFE !

The water lilies add a nice touch to the place but free food from the fishing must be the bonus.
Wow this day looks epic, I want one of those remote controlled a
Speed boats - I could chase the ducks around in our local park lake!
Loving the little one admiring the large mouth bass - nothing like some real world education and no fear of the slippery beast!
The fish mouth inflatable is really fun too - perfect for a casual and safe drift around on the water.
A bright, colourful fun and educational day out - thank you so much for sharing I loved it.
