It's a Beautiful Sunday - Making Avocado Serrano Salsa

I made this for a party of 30 people but the base recipe if for two cups(足够2或3人) for which you need:

-2 avocados 牛油果
-1 onion 葱
-1 tomato 番茄
-1 serrano pepper or non face melting green chile 塞拉尼胡椒
-2tsp chopped cilantro 胡荽叶
-2oz lime juice 青柠汁
-1sp salt 盐

For the party I bought all of the pictured stuff, but ended up not using all of the onions or peppers. It made about a gallon. To do that multiply the above by 10. Don't forget to carry the one, and whatever you do don't divide by zero.

You can't buy pure lime juice in a Chinese grocery store so I had to squeeze my own.

Chop the cilantro. Pinch it down with your fingers close to the knife.

Cut up the pepper, clean out the seeds. Do not touch your eyes or your private areas after getting the pepper juice on your hands. They will burn. Washing your hands doesn't help. Either wear gloves when cutting, or you can wash your hands with some milk to neutralize the pepper's acid. I also heard you could coat your hands with some oil before handling the pepper. I also knew a guy once who just liked coating himself with oil for no reason.

Dice the onion. Slice it in two directions and it's easiest.

Dice the tomatoes. Clean out the wet juicy seed part before dicing.

Half the avocado and take the pit out, then make some slices that makes spooning it out easier.
