Beautiful Sunday — Morning Meditations
Another wonderful walk along the lake. We've been fortunate to have warm weather late into September. A nice cross breeze helps control the heat.
John spent time pausing and thinking of what to create later for Steemit. He's always in writer mode. Resting at the dock surrounded by sounds of birds and water lapping at the shore, produced a calm state of mind.
I wasn't confident Abbey was relaxed, however. It looked like she was saying,
Come on, let's go. There is stuff to do and people to greet. I see them coming!
A lone fisherman had time away from the busyness of life. It was quiet at the pier today— a perfect day for walking and fishing and just being.

and Yes I bet thats what your dog was thinking when out in a beautiful spot like this from what I see here dogs hate to stay in one spot for to long
It was @tattodjay. It's a 5km trail but we usually walk slowly and take in the views and only walk half of it. I like to hike on the Bruce Trail - especially in the autumn. And it gives Abbey a chance to run au natural.. She's good with commands and doesn't go far from us like other dogs we've had.
Sounds like the Bruce Trail its a good hike for you and the dog :)( nothing like a nice casual hike, thats all I am up to these days not long or hard ones
Lovely post. It looks so peaceful and tranquil along the lake. A perfect day for a walk. Gorgeous dog, Abbey is. I think she enjoys the time out too.
Oh thank you @cecicastor - walks always help me settle down....sort of like nature's tranquilizer. Abbey just got a hair cut, I like her a bit shaggier but with the heat we've had it helps her. Her next cut won't be for a while unless of course she's gets matted - doodles get matted bc their fur is like hair.
Warm weather into September in North America is nice.

It always is....I love the four seasons and I am looking forward to autumn—that and spring are my two favorite seasons.
