@ace108, In my opinion, sometimes it can happen means, the restaurant reflects as uncrowded but when we enter then literally we can see that it's full, and i hope that you really enjoyed this foodie session.

And i really liked the concept of Paper Menu for reading and Tablet Menu for the ordering. And in my opinion these kind of services can enhance the experience because in my opinion slight change can bring big difference.
