Yes, the one at Toa Payoh Loring 8 is great and has a perpetual queue everytime I'm there. There's one at Changi Village which is great too and the queue seems to move faster.

    The one at Whampoa that closed was branch of Changi V but I never had the Changi V one. Trick for my Toa Payoh visit is go there non-peak hour.
