We get so much sun here that i find days with moving clouds are more interesting and beautiful to me. It's also a relief to my skin and eyes ; )
It was both. Lots of big clouds moving quickly.

No it just looks like same time and place and not often get mixed signals like that but I've seen it rain across the road when i was dry
