Beautiful Fish

Dwarf gourami is a beautiful fish. This fish a peaceful and shy fish. This fish is considered labyrinth fish, which means they breathe straight from the air with a long-like labyrinth organ and need to have access to the water's surface. This fish's scientific name is Trichagaster Lalius and Popular common names is blue Dwarf gourami, sunset gourami, power blue gourami and neon dwarf gouramis. This fish adult size is 2 inches (5 cm) and lifespan is four years. This fish's diet is an omnivore, eats algal.

Male Dwarf gourami is more colorful while the females are less colorful. Females are a silvery color and Males are blue and red colors.This fish well in most community aquariums and are compatible with most fish.
