Beach Wednesday : Fresh from the Sea
A fun in the beach and a some fresh shells from the sea. We recently visit the beach to have some fresh air and a nice dip. i wasn't expecting to get those clams, i have just accidentally feel them from my feet. They were so many of them, you may need to dig them a bit and sometimes you can get as much as four clams in one go.
It brings me back my memories when we were children, we used to pick it in the beach from the Philippines. Cook it with just ginger and tomato and Voila, you got a nice warm Clam soup. This will be also good for Linguini pasta . Yum! Delish.
We had fun picking it, My sister's came over as well to catch up with us and have a coffee. We harvest loads of them, more than half a bag, Haha.We just can't stop laughing while my sister dividing for portions. The water was warm, comforting and a chance for meditation. Robbie (My son), had so much fun jumping over the waves and playing in the sand. He is a beach lover like his Daddy. Watching the sunset is also our favourite, It's amazing!
We stop for a coffee and rest a bit before we head home. It was a Fabulous day! another great adventure to treasure.
Nature heals mostly anything. It creates love, memories and treasures. It's one of the best things in the world. Being close to nature is a magical feeling.
