I have always been a summer person i hate the winters even more so now and i can relate to them aging and cold bones that's why i moved to Thailand were i have been living for the past 8 years and have not had a winter for the past 8 years and feel so much better and younger and am here to stay...hehe :)

This is true i feel so much better within myself i just spring out of bed every morning without any aching bones :)

And you got to do it for yourself no one else will do it for you :)
That's for sure. But it's not always easy to do that.
