Return To The Sea
A warm winter on the Gulf of Mexico in Jamaica Beach Texas is awesome and bliss. Me and Rain Drop are visiting with a few friends that we met here two years ago when we hiked the coastline of Texas from Galveston to San Padre Island.
The weather has been great for the most part and usually stays around 70 degrees. Me and Rain take daily walks if it's not raining on the beach looking for a few seashells.
She loves the beach more than I do and since today is her birthday I let her have a few more minutes to smell all the seaweed that she wants.
After I get our gear in traveling condition and resupply with food and etc. we are going to be heading to the Arizona Peace Trail to begin a whole new adventure.
New friends and a few friends from the past are the best treasure here on the entire beach. We have been traveling the highway for a while and coming back here is everything I needed to rest and recharge. Jamaica Beach has a great positive energy that makes me feel at home.
