Highly uncharitable of an individuals to be known for spotting mistakes of others alone, instead of identifying their strengths and appreciate them without knowledge of douthful but you need to understand that when you commend people, you avail them the opportunity to look back and improve upon their weaknesses in no time.
Sometimes the secret behind a long lasting and harmonious relations with people is to keep line of communication real and balance from both partner, when there is no mutual respect in any dealing, there can not be any thing positive to take away from it. So you don't need to force yourself to create an artificial impression that does not exist anywhere in the world and just be yourself and appreciate people help us in difficulties time.
When cannot take the blame for yesterday performance to correct today's results no matter how the situation and, definitely you can not take responsibility for tomorrow's success so whatever has gone in the past should be a lesson and not a curse, simply by accepting blame and taking responsibility when necessary among relationship is the best ways to show the best appreciation.
Finally, appreciation goes a long way in our society, but we only need to appreciate them for what they do even if does not affect us positive and helps them to know more about what they can do for themselves and please don't for any reason force relationship with people no matter how you close and, if it's meant to work between both of you, definitely it will work without any form of problems and challenges from people in your environment.
