Mining BCC

I have been doing an experiment these last couple days on my CPU because I feel like most people aren't going to bother converting or buying a GPU rig for BCC. I wanted to test out how effective mining BCC is, and how it compares to other tokens. My intention was to mine it and report back here on steemit what my findings were. That was until I saw this on the BCC mining pool:

You might be thinking well that is for an auto payout, how about manual payout, well...

yes, your eyes are not deceiving you! 0.1 fee to withdraw your BCC. Currently that works out at $5:42.

That is a hell of a lot when you consider how long it would take to even mine 1 single BCC, and at that point your fees end up being 1% mining fee and a 10% withdraw fee. In a full 24 hour period, my CPU mined 0.00008042. At this rate it would take about 3 years just to afford the withdraw fee alone and about 30 years to get a single BCC token.

BCC mining is clearly GPU only. Even then, Ethereum is MUCH, MUCH more cost effective to mine. On my Ethereum mining rig i get about 175 MH/s, which is currently approximately $35 a day with a 1% mining fee and no withdraw fee.

We haven't even got to the biggest problem, BCC is on the SCRIPT algorithm, meaning...

Yup script has ASIC miners, meaning that if BCC gets very high traction, further down the line, people with litecoin ASIC miners could simply switch to BSS coin, making your 6 GPU miner worthless.

Conclusion

In short, don't mine BCC, unless you have free electricity and an old litecoin ASIC laying around, because it is not CPU mineable
and your GPU miners are best used elsewhere.
