Saturday in London - a great day for a barbie /grillen on the deck.

The sun was beaming and the German bratwurst was ready to go. Blondie and I decided to quickly mobilise a few people and assemble them for a typical German grillen (mixed in with a little touch of Aussie Weber Kettle cooking).

Nothing goes better with a German Deli Bratwurst than some Thomy Delikatess Senf (mustard).

Let me know any tips or tricks you have for the perfect outdoor barbie in your neck of the woods.

Blondie is also a big fan of the Bratwurst. You should check out German Deli at Borough Markets. Its fantastic.

Youre right! If you like German „Bratwurst“ you will love German „Schwenker“ (pork neck). ;-)
You need a three-legged grill and the rust is moved over the fire in a circle.
