Oh ribs on the smoker are the best, a pan doesn't even come close to the flavours a smoker gives. Looks delicous, keep cooking my man!
I know! Can't believe I have been alive all this time and only doing this for the last couple of years!!
Worry not, I will definitely keep using the grill - it's a year-round activity. Problem is it is only a couple of times a month that I have time, so not that much opportunity to write a post about it. I think I may need to diversify my posts into beer drinking, where I am much more regular...

Looks good to me. I like meat when its cooked to the falling apart stage. BTW, if you have a trade school nearby that teaches culinary arts, they may have a butchery class at some time in the year. It's a good place to look into getting cuts of meat at good prices.
Me too - I am totally fine with falling apart meat. I am not entering competitions...

regarding recipe i thought only fish can be made like that, and it tastes so good... i will try next time with meat too

Yep, you can smoke anything - but I guess pulled pork, ribs and brisket are the classics! It's difficult to get it too wrong too!!
When i was cooking, i always liked to invent new things. Rarely i did the same recipe two times, except the traditional ones. But, loved to put something more, or extra.
Hmm, thinking how would potatoes and tomatoes will taste like that? uhm... already having ideas, hehe
Did you eat fish wrapped in foil on the barbecue? With some things inside... some pieces of pepper, bit of onion, parsley and some home made sauce. Hmm...
And also a recipe for fish made in the normal kitchen, it is on a round grill with a hole in the middle, with some water inside below the grill + a lid. In 20-30 minutes you get a delicious mackerel who melts when eaten...
pfffffff... stop that thing now!!! i'm not wishful (hope it means right in english) but now i just think at them and kinda want to eat some...

A friend of mine puts them in an "Oklahoma" for 7 hours, they are utterly amazing!

Just googled an Oklahoma smoker. Have seen them before, they look great and so easy to use - plus you can tons of stuff in one!!
When we get some more space I may have to invest, but am also looking at a Big Green Egg at some point too...
