WHAT IS MARKETING MIX?

So marketing mix is combination of factors that can be controlled by a company to influence consumers to purchase its products.

Heres my example of Marketing Mix 7ps

PRODUCT
We entrepenuers decided to make a product that is fit to the budget of the costumers. Our store emphasizes cleanliness and sanitations, we use quality ingredients and will always be sure all the products are properly serve cooked. This store start offering one flavor like hotdog but our store will continually work to develop and test new recipes for new flavors . Doing so will allow the company to have more variety to offer and possibly attract new costumers . Doing this will give costumers some thing to look forward to upcoming months , as we as increase business , but will also increase sales .

PLACE
Retreats-snacks and food house will open as single store in the of street of brgy. Looc , mandaue near university of cebu lm campus . Eventhough our store is beginning as a little store in the small town , the objective of the business is to continually grow. In order to do this our company will slowly open more of the same store starting nearby towns and expand to larger area. Aside from that were going to use internet because it an effecient way to expand our business to a wider and bigger large of areas.

PRICE
Price is major contributting factor to the overall success of a company. The retreats-snacks foodhouse compared to the other restaurant is considered to have lower prices. When stepping into the shop however one can see why . The decor and professionalism of the employees alone can demand good prices and the food that we serve has a cheaper price . One thing that prices could be higher is for the fruitshake. Everything at the retreats-snacks foodhouse makes lower prices acceptable than other foodhouse / store. Since the product of retreats house will be sold for suggest price of P50 above . We believe that we have product quality and features advantages , this pricing strategy , copied with our effecient production methods , with in achieving our relatively high market share for a new product entry.

PROMOTION
Aside from having a commercial the product will also be known to the students since the retreats-snacks foodhouse will be located inside the said universities. We will post also a video on social media (facebook) so that everyone will be inform or updated . Costumers who have leftovers and want to walk away around the campus we have paper bags for takeouts , and people will see and may think about going there for lunch or dinner.

PEOPLE
In this business our costumers are the students of the said universities . Since they are students employee still strive good services . We will save a healthy and delicious snacks to the students.

PACKAGING
The products was covered with a packlunch and has a logo of the upper outside to indicate that certain product came from our store. The drinks pack with a paper cup ang the paper bags for the take outs was designed profesaionally.

POSITIONING
To our loyal and valued customers we appreciate the positive feedbacks. We offer budget friendly products and the satisfying sweetness and creaminess taste of our products. For every orders that will be taken we assure you that no regrets will surface after buying our product.
