Harris leads by 1 point overall. For context Biden was down by 2 points to Trump in the previous July polling.

Note Michigan seems a clear outlier. We haven't really seen any other polling to suggest a lead that big. Expect Michigan to be a nail biter.

But the takeaway is this is wide open race now. Georgia, North Carolina, Nevada, and Arizona are competitive again. Let's repeat 2020.

Voters are enthusiastic to vote for Harris. Particularly so with Black, Hispanic, and young voters now that Biden is out.

Harris' vice presidential candidates all have positive favorability, but are mostly not well known to the electorate. So again they'll probably be defined after they become the nominee.
