Battlefield 5, new maps coming with Chapter 4 of Winds of War

DICE announced the introduction of fresh Battlefield 5 maps with the release of "Winds of War" Chapter 4, scheduled for 27 June. There will be two maps for 64 players to begin the fresh multiplayer battles.

The first, called Al Sundan, focuses on traveling long distances with different cars and open-field battles in "Under No Flag" in the North African desert.

The Marita map, the second Greek map after Mercury in Chapter 3: Fire Test, is planned for July and will watch the fight raging in the peninsula. In a hilly landscape, Marita will guide the players between dirt highways suspended between the rivers and infantry battles in which the Allies resist the Axis Forces.

The melee fighting will be enhanced by two maps designed for clashes between infantry, in which the factories in the Lofoten Islands will have to be destroyed and the occupation of the Axis in Provence reversed.

It will be the turn of Underground Operation in October, inspired by Battlefield 3's popular Operation Metro, providing fierce close encounters for roads, gardens, squares, railway facilities and town galleries. For the Battlefield 5 livestream scheduled for EA Play, more data will be disclosed on Saturday, June 8th at 7:30 pm. Julia Hardy and Adam Freedman will conduct the live broadcast with some surprise visitors.
