There are battery configurations available. The mobile shows you notifications with that data.
Often this file may be corrupt or error, for which battery notification may be incorrect. Such as having no full charge, making wrong readings, making it 60% -20%.
To resolve this, the battery calibrator is used to fix the error of battery stat.so.
