Wow! This post touched me on so many levels, its great to meet another batman fan. He is and always will be my favourite character by a country mile and to love Batman is to take the hollywood interpretations with a pinch of salt. We werent really big on the comics in my country so I missed out on that phase but yeah see all the live action films and was hooked on the animated series as well as Batman Beyond
The NolanVerse was a game changer and we needed it after the previous iterations. I still get chills for "I am the batman" with a Hans Zimmer score pounding in the background
As much as people are hating DCEU becasue its well not the MCU I don't mind it, I like the dark take on it. Also have you seen Batman V Superman Ultimate edition? Its really the only version of the movie anyone should watch!
Also before I forget the Arkham series games are absolutely brillaint, I've had to get 3 consoles to play them all and each time has been a great experience, Its the closest thing ive had to actually being batman so far. Now all I need is for Steem to moon and make me a few billion dollars so I can start wayne interprizes to fund all my cool gadgets and start getting fit so I can beat up on the baddies! Ah every school boys dream
Thank you! You know, I've not seen the ultimate version...I really need to make that a priority this weekend. I think the DCEU is much more rewarding than Marvel's films; when I look at Rotten Tomato scores, it feels like Marvel employes people / bots to jack up their films ratings. I really thought Batman vs Superman was a much better film than Civil War. Just my opinion of course.
