Well there have been some updates here and there, yesterday talking with a friend that is a medical doctor. He came with the theory that the pilot could have faced a heart attack or just passed out. Because the crash pattern has acceleration to the ground which means that if he was concious he would try to decelerate, but if he was unconcious, he would fall over the instruments and accelerate it.
Was Kobe not a pilot? You don't think Kobe could have been a co-pilot if Kobe usually flies and pilots helicopters for many years? Why would Kobe just sit there and wait to die?
