Basketball coaching; low post game improvement

I am professional basketball coach and in this video I show how you can improve your low post game regardless what position you play. This was lecture that I had this year and it is on Serbian language but you can see the moves even if you don't understand what I am talking. In my coaching career I have been working with lot of players and some of them are in NBA and they are using what you can see in video. If this is useful to somebody I will be happy.
