I'm not saying Kobe was murdered. So, I don't know anything except that Kobe did not have a cheap helicopter which means it is harder to crash high-tech helicopters than it is to crash normal helicopters.

Whatever the aircraft, the cause of the crash is most often pilot error.
The same appears to be the case here:

Stefan Molyneux may be unaware of what kind of helicopter it was. @stefan.molyneux talked to a guy about normal helicopters and not military grade helicopters which can be piloted by computers who don't make mistakes. If the helicopter was excessively piloted manually and not via autopilot software, then it is more probable that it was just pilot error. However, that is very unlikely.
