We won't be able to send a confirmation transaction if the account hasn't been setup yet, but we can still put everything in place so that he will start receiving upvotes automatically when he starts posting.

    Will you be looking to up the total sp of each pool or keep it at this value?

    We use delegation to maintain the total SP for each pool at a target SP/shares ratio
