Big experiments of Universal Basic Income pilot has launched in Chicago!

This week, Chicago has launched universal basic Income(UBI) pilot experiments for 1,000 families, they could receive $500 a month in a pilot duration.

Some of cities and countries are already running own UBI experiments each countries, this following pictures shows what UBI is.

Mark Zuckerberg, is chairman and CEO on Facebook, support because UBI help solve of the problem of increased automation. Creating many varieties of combinations with UBI and methods for unemployments who are seeking for new career will be the next step to realize the real purpose of UBI.

Following the famous Universal Basic Income model in the U.S.,

・Alaska residents receive max. -$2,000/year
・Stockton, California residents will get $500/month from 2019 (Limited 100 families)

Getting more and more increased automation will take away jobs from people from now, UBI will follow up thousands of people and we ought to understand what UBI is.

1000の世帯を対象に、$500/月がベーシックインカムとして受け取れます。

米国内だと、すでにアラスカで導入が進んでる他、2019年からカリフォルニア州ストックトンで１００世帯限定で導入実験も行われます。

ベーシックインカムは、ただお金を配る政策ではなく、イノベーションによる労働環境の自動化で職を失う可能性のある人材に対して、次の職を見つける支援を行うための支援でもあります。

今後ますます、現場環境の自動化で職を失う労働者が増えることが予想されます。
米国をはじめ、すでに導入されているヨーロッパ各国含め、ベーシックインカムの重要性が問われる未来がくると思います。
