There is nothing liberal about stealing or enslaving others to provide basic income.
Is it theft? Think of it more like a national dividend to correct for public policy that decouples wages from productivity.
When you take other peoples property without permission, its theft. It doesnt matter what you do with after you have stolen it. You are a socialist. Dishonest one at that.
