The Humble Daiquiri

The humble Daiquiri, the simplist of drinks, is refreshing on any hot summer's day or at any time the year really. Fresh from the memories of the Carribean and bringing back memories of tropical beaches with each taste.
Made of 3 ingredients: Rum, Lime and Sugar. There are so many ways to make this delicious drink that makes it different from the last.
If you have never tried one before, they are unbelievably simple to make and easily worth the effort to make them.
Ingredients:
2 oz/60ml Light or White Rum (Bacardi Carta Blanca is perfect)
1 oz/30ml Fresh Lime Juice (none of that store bought crap)
0.5 oz/15ml Sugar Syrup (1:1 with water, or a sugar cube)
Shake thoroughly and double strin into a glass.
Done. That easy.
