You are very welcome. Can I please add some knowledge to make your comment accurate. Humans will always use drugs whether they are illegal or not. It's not the use of drugs that produced the cartels. It's the prohibition of drugs that created the cartels and placed them in power. Legalize drugs and the cartels will evaporate. Does that make sense to you?
