Heya Everyone! A short intro about myself!
I am Jerry from Jakarta, Indonesia. I work as a full time coffee roaster for almost 2+ years and really love my job. I get to try roasting coffee green bean(aka GB) from all over Indonesia and sometimes from Overseas too. I am also working together with a coffee processing mill to do trial and error on improving the processing method.
Currently, my favourite coffee are Bajawa (from Flores, Indonesia), Sidamo Natural (from Ethiopia) and FST Natural (from Panama). The V60 is a coffee brewing equipment that I often used to get the aroma, taste and characteristic of the coffee. The use of espresso machine is my weak point which I am still working on it, from the help of my partner.
This is the first time for me to start a coffee roastery business with my partner and friend. I would like to share my experience in the coffee roastery business, cafe hopping and lots more around Indonesia & rest of Asia.
