Banting Successes
These inspirational beings who have reclaimed their health through Banting. Contrary to what people think, these people were not greedy and lazy (ate too much and exercised too little), they have an illness called Insulin Resistance. Most have been diagnosed pre-diabetic or already had Type 2 Diabetes which has been reversed.
Our group members humble me with their dedication to healthy eating.
