Hello there @bansheemoon - I would like to extend a helping hand if you need one and kind of give you and your team a quick overview of how things actually work on Steem.
In truth, much of the social interaction, that is the Q&A the networking and what have you, happens on Discord which is a Chatting Program.
Many of the communities of Steem participate of Discord and thus become effective at organizing any type of project you can think of.
