Here's a good banking horror story from the US. Someone got hold of my daughter's information and used her account to purchase stuff online overdrawing her account by around $200. The bank called her wanting her to replace the money or suffer fines and other consequences. She called me in a panic! I told her to tell them this: I trusted you with my money and you gave it away and now you want ME to replace it??? You owe me, I don't owe you a dime! By the way...Precious metals!
