About the point 2, I have seen many contents and people exposing this story, I have seen projects failing because the majority of the people fear those organizations, "too big to fail" is not only related to their capability of surviving, but to their giant power aswell(and they may corrupt whoever wants to fight them).
The main problem is that society has become so complex that a monetary system is needed unless we change all the rules of it.
