It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.
A somewhat cryptic quote that could relate to the time we are living in now...
I thought banking institutions were fair, honest and transparent and the monetary system we have now based on solid and healthy economic principles?!
Any suggestions as to what the man meant by this musing?
I think it means that our banking system screws over the common man and that because of this, people would revolt if they truly understood how much they were being screwed.
Yes for sure! The man was in the know and he made good use of that... this quote should have woken some people up! The banksters are screwing everyone at the bottom, while enriching their friends at the top! Thanks for your comment.
