Bank of Baroda has invited applications from graduate and MBA holders for recruitment to the post of Senior Relationship Manager, Operations Head, Client Service Executive, Client Service Executive etc. under Wealth Management Services. Eligibility Criteria for Wealth Management Services Posts
Educational/Technical Qualification & Experience:
Group Head: 2 Year Full Time, MBA or equivalent with minimum 10 Years of relevant work experience in financial services including 8 years in Wealth Management.
Operations Head: 2 Year Full Time, MBA or equivalent with minimum 10 Years of relevant work experience in financial services including 8 years in Wealth Management.
Territory Head: Graduate/ MBA or equivalent with minimum 6 Years of relevant work experience in financial services including 2 years as Team Lead.
Senior Relationship Manager: Graduate/ MBA or equivalent with minimum 3 Years of relevant work experience as Relationship Manager in Wealth Management with leading Public/Private / Foreign Banks/Broking/Security firms.
Acquisition Manager (Affluent): Graduate or equivalent with minimum 2 Years of relevant work experience as n acquisition of High Net Worth clients.
Client Service Executive: Graduate or equivalent with minimum 2 Years of relevant work experience in documentation requirements of financial products and good communications skills.
Selection Process for Wealth Management Services Posts
Selection will be based on short listing and/or combination of written aptitude test and one or more rounds of Personal Interview and / or Group Discussion.
