The Gai Daigouji Bank of Neoxian: daily contracts: 2018-06-17
This post contains three contracts.
The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 100 steem to @madlenfox. They promise to repay 120 steem by July 20, 2018.
@madlenfox shall hereafter be known as the lendee..
To insure payment of this loan, the lendee promises to hand over their Owner key(s) to the bank. The bank will give back new active and posting keys to the lendee. The lendee affirms that the owner key(s) are given voluntarily and their account(s) are not stolen. They promise not to initiate the Stolen account recovery procedure.
The lendee agrees that if the Bank decides to change the active key(s) and keep them private, this does not constitute of breach of contract.
Lendee also consents to Bank changing the trustee if the Bank so chooses.
Owner key(s) will be returned upon successful completion of loan.
The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 674 steem to @raybrockman. He promises to repay 710 steem. The Bank shall withdraw the 674 steem from the @silver-hammer account over the 13 week powerdown period. @raybrockman shall pay the remaining 36 steem.
@raybrockman is offering the owner key to @silver-hammer for this loan.
@raybrockman shall hereafter be known as the lendee..
To insure payment of this loan, the lendee promises to hand over their Owner key(s) to the bank. The bank will give back new posting keys to the lendee. The lendee affirms that the owner key(s) are given voluntarily and their account(s) are not stolen. They promise not to initiate the Stolen account recovery procedure.
Lendee also consents to Bank changing the trustee if the Bank so chooses.
Owner key(s) will be returned upon successful completion of loan.
The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 322 SBD to @chronocrypto. He promises to repay 372 SBD in four weeks time.
@chronocrypto shall offer up the following Steem Monster cards as collateral:
- 1 - level 4 Selenia Sky
- 1 - level 2 Gold Dragon
- 1 - level 2.5 Lightening Dragon
These cards shall be returned when the loan is complete.

The sum of 100sbd is to be paid in one month 120 sbd, so 20% interest per month, not so bad.... It is good deal @neoxian.
