The Double Dragon Bank of Neoxian: daily contracts: 2018-11-06

The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 180 SBD to @pizzachain. He promises to return 198 SBD in 4 weeks time.
There shall be a penalty of 4 SBD for each week late.
@pizzachain shall offer up the following Steem Monster card as collateral:
- Alpha Gold - Angel of Light
This card shall be returned when this loan is complete.
The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 350 usd to @jonsnow1983. He promises to repay 385 usd. He shall pay 32.08 usd per week until 385 usd is reached (12 weeks expected). The first payment shall be Nov. 14th, 2018.
The money amounts are in terms of USD, but are transacted in SBD and/or Steem. The website coinmarketcap.com shall be used to determine the prices for purposes of payment.
The Bank retains the Owner key of @jonsnow1983 and shall return it when this loan is complete.
@jonsnow1983 shall hereafter be known as the lendee…
The lendee agrees that if the Bank decides to change the active key(s) and keep them private, this does not constitute of breach of contract.
Lendee also consents to Bank changing the trustee if the Bank so chooses.
The Lendee promises not to power down the account(s) to the point where the collateral would be less than the owed value.
The Lendee agrees this contract remains valid regardless of any flags this contract post might receive.
The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 200 steem to @raybrockman. He promises to repay 220 steem in one month.
@raybrockman shall offer up the Owner key of @silver-hammer to the Bank.
@raybrockman shall hereafter be known as the lendee…
The lendee promises not to change the Owner key of silver-hammer until the loan is complete.
The lendee agrees that if the Bank decides to change the active key(s) and keep them private, this does not constitute of breach of contract.
Lendee also consents to Bank changing the trustee if the Bank so chooses.
The Lendee promises not to power down the account(s) to the point where the collateral would be less than the owed value.
The Lendee agrees this contract remains valid regardless of any flags this contract post might receive.

Yeah, I was able to get a deal far below market price for a shin-lo. I'm now trying to sell some more cards to get some more liquid and invest in other cards plus get some repayment funds.
