The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 600 steem to @artem-sokoloff. He promises to repay 660 steem. He shall pay 55 steem per week until 660 steem is reached. The first payment shall be on Sept 15, 2018.

The Bank retains the Owner keys of @artem-sokoloff and @sokoloffa and shall return them when this loan is complete.

The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 1000 steem to @rishan. He promises to repay 1150 steem. He shall pay 143.75 steem per week until 1150 steem is reached. The first payment shall be on Sept 17th, 2018.

@rishan shall hereafter be known as the lendee..
To insure payment of this loan, the lendee promises to hand over their Owner key(s) to the bank. The lendee affirms that the owner key(s) are given voluntarily and their account(s) are not stolen. They promise not to initiate the Stolen account recovery procedure. The lendee promises not to change the keys until the loan is complete.
The lendee agrees that if the Bank decides to change the active key(s) and keep them private, this does not constitute of breach of contract.
Lendee also consents to Bank changing the trustee if the Bank so chooses.
The Lendee promises not to power down the account(s) to the point where the collateral would be less than the loaned value.

The Bank of Neoxian shall loan the sum of 160 steem to @mrviquez. He promises to repay 180 steem. He shall pay 30 steem per week until 180 steem is reached. First payment shall be Sept 15th, 2018.

Interest may be discounted if the loan is paid early, prorated over the loan period.

@mrviquez shall offer up the following Steem Monster cards as collateral:

• 1 - Level 4 - gold dragon
• 1 - Level 4 - lightning dragon
• 1 - Level 4 - elemental phoenix

These cards shall be returned when this loan is complete.
