SteemIt: Bandwith Limit Exceeded. Please Wait To Transact or Power Up Steem

Last night as I about to post my first day experience with steemit and DTube suddenly this message comes out "SteemIt: Bandwith Limit Exceeded. Please Wait To Transact or Power Up Steem" so I did post inform that during posting this message comes out. After search from other people post I found that you has always need to open this to know your bandwith limit https://steemd.com/@ (after @ key in your username)...if you have steem you also can buy to power up faster..if not just wait until your bandwith increase.
