Crap, I had to log back in just so I could upvote this. This has to be one of the best breakdowns I have ever read for someone of my limited knowledge. I remember getting mad at the cable company because they would try to pitch me a faster plan, and I would always say no because they were never giving me the speeds I thought they were promising already.
