No problems with bandwidth?
I got 25 SP right now, after I delegated most of my SP and this is how much bandwidth I have, and notice that I wasn't so active today, just usual interacting stuff.
Now consider the case of a socially active user that just made his account and that is going to want to interact with new people he meets and upvote/resteem their posts. He will bet stuck very fast. To make this image worse, remember that a new user has much less SP than I do right now, and the fact that with the increase in the number of users, there is less bandwidth for everybody.
You can thank your witnesses that support the 64kb size.

But wouldn't that make it hard for running full nodes which would require more RAM? I am just asking, as I know this is a huge problem.

No need to do it, but thanks! I am trying to point out the real things to improve at Steem. If I will need it, I will increase my SP faster in order to balance the bandwidth, but that is not needed yet :D

No, it is actually a problem of blockchain design that will soon be addressed. I am going to come up with a post about this later today if I got enough time :)
