Somtimes i get lost in the technical details but thanks for making this one pretty easily understandable.
Just another system to replace bandwidth ... I never understood how bandwidth works but sounds like this one will be understandable (even if complex) ... I'm guessing this will make HF20 a bit more important to implement sooner than later. So that's always fun.

MY QUESTION:
Will RCs be spent just by users or will tools doing API calls (or other backend stuff looking at the blockchain) need a stockpile of RCs?

Sort:  

Any account (whether bot or human) that posts a transaction to the blockchain will be charged RCs.

OK no thanks... so checking out the blockchain or doing a call to search it is no cost... just those that POST. Just clarifying.
