The Story Rotten Sandwich

Rodney put down his mobile. He's been staring at his favourite picture of Stella longing to be with her. But right now, it just seemed impossible. It's been five years since life was breathed into Rodney. Sounds strange, hey but in reality, it's actually just a bad joke. The Gods of Olympus were bored one day and thought they would give life to a Cheese and tomato sandwich and see how long he lasts in the real world. Of course, they didn't think Rodney would last this long or do the things he did. He was one tough sandwich and literally hit the ground running as soon as he literally got a life. The Gods also blessed him with an enormous amount of intelligence, so this sandwich was going places. He travelled, he made friends worked on his fitness and was a bit of an adrenaline junkie!! Soon Rodney got celebrity status and was raking in money as the most badass skateboarding Sandwich in the world, mind you he was the only skateboarding Sandwich In The world but let's not digress and get distracted by details or common sense. He was living the life, until one day he started smelling real funky, and not the good kinda funky. Rodney tried everything to get rid of this foul stench which started smelling more and more disgusting by the day. Until he went to see a sourdough specialist and to his dismay, the professional diagnoses was as he expected, Rodney was rotting!! This lead to this Sandwich man living a life of isolation. He communicated mainly online and got into trading cryptos to make ends meet. And then one day, he discovered a platform called steemit. here Rodney could be anything he liked, noone had to know he smelled of mouldy cheese, thank the gods they never chose a tuna mayo to bet on. He started blogging and learning and meeting new peeps. And he met Stella, quirky creative Stella. A bit banana obsessed but hey we all have our faults. The more he got to know her, the more he fell in love. But how could she love something as disgusting as Rodney. He never had the urge to be human, until he met Stella.
