Don't ever go bananas

With the busy Christmas holiday around the bend and the cold December air some people are having this thing called SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) .Scientist explains it as a depress mood due to longer nights.

In a tropical country like mine ,there is an increasing reports of people commiting suicide at various age groups for reasons like a heartbreak or failing and exam or uemployment So this article is partly to raise such awareness and partly to inform my dear Steemians why eating bananas will reduce our sad days.

Banana unknown to all is not a fruit but a herb. When people say one goes banana it would mean one goes crazy or in local language goes "gaga ".

Do you know that this banana has serotonin the happy chemical in them? Yes they do! So when depress or having a migraine just eat a finger ( one piece) or the hand ( cluster) or simply rub the peeling to those pain site.Ir saves you a lot of money from buying those expensive drugs with no detriment to your kidney.

Speaking of kidney, since banana is 70% fat and potassium loaded and zero sodium some studies even say that people who eat bananas are less likely to have kidney problem. How cool is that. So hereon, I will increase my intake from its ripe sweet form to those banana recipe dessert like "banana cue "(caramelised on a stick) or " turon" (banana wrapped in lumpia wrapper then deep fried) or "pinaypay ( banana in sweet batter then fried).

I read that the potassium in the banana is responsible for lower blood pressure hence healthy for your heart. While the fitness buff would recommend cardio work outs to keep a strong heart do consider to that the same potassium is needed to keep those heart pumping and legs cramps free.

Banana like exercise decreases constipation too isn't that interesting? Kiss away goodbye ladies those painful menstrual cramps by exercise and bananas too with its high mineral, and vitamin content.

If you want to feel full but battling with excess weight or took in a hurry to grab a full meal banana will be able to satiate you without making you fat so go ahead use them as toppings to your pancakes, oatmeal or blend them to smoothies or eat them as chips

No need as well to queue at salons to stay pretty this Christmas holidays as banana mask are good for your skin and hair while the peelings when used like a toothbrush can give you those sparkling white teeth.

Should you prefer the outdoor to relieve you of your stress, banana is a perfect snack for our too. For its anti-inflammatory component are too potent to fight cancer that wound or abrasions would be chicken feed for this power food. There won't be mosquitoes feeding on you too as the peeling from this herb turns them off.

So when you're cranky instead of popping that pill or venting it on someone why not take a quiet time to eat a banana. There must be a reason why among fruits, apple and you got that right -bananas !float on water than sink. You don't need a visit to a shrek or psychotic drug to make you feel relax all you need is to smell of a banana to make that weight leave you figuratively and literally of course.

Smoking don't calm you down in stressful situation. Without risk of lung cancer and aiding your decision to quit smoking a serving of bananas will also make you arrive at better decision with its effect on nerve functions

To end remember the wisdom In a banana.Those which has high cancer fighting organisms we call TNF (Tumor Necrotic Factor) are not those perfect one but those with many dark spots. So Steemians don't go bananas trying to be perfect in an imperfect world rather be just you. We need not understand why 50% of banana genes are identical to us as geneticist claim as most who attempt understanding everything ends up in mental institution.

Rather let's just take each day as a surprise . We need not fret when things don't go as we wish they do. Instead take time to explore the possibility disguised under this challenges and find yourself going banana happy on the idea that God designed you and your circumstances only for your good and all creation are special in its own light.
