Best chocolate chip cookies you will EVER make
I've decided, that first of my posts will be a recipe for for my favourite chocolate chip cookies, which I make from time to time. The recipe, as well, as photos were taken and translated from moje wypieki by me :)
Ingredients:
| Butter | 125g |
|---|---|
| Brown sugar | 150g |
| Egg | 1 |
| Vanillia extract | 1 teaspoon |
| Flour | 185g |
| Baking soda | 1 teaspoon |
| Baking powder | 1/4 teaspoon |
| Cocoa | 35g |
| Milk chocolate | 90g |
| Dark chocolate | 75g |
| White chocolate | 75g |
Experiment a little!
Of course you don't have to exactly follow this table, especially chocolate part. If you don't like dark chocolate, then switch it to another one, but be sure to stay around 250g - 300g of chocolate in cookies batch :)
How to?
Mix butter with sugar and vanilla until you get a fluffy mass. Next, add an egg followed by all dry ingredients. Finally add chocolate chips to your dough.
Heat up your oven to 170 degrees Celsius.
Last thing you need to do before baking the cookies is forming little balls from the dough. Bake them 9-11 minutes in heated oven.
